EXECUTION
Once the scope of work has been established, we provide the client with a line-item estimate which serves as the road map for the project. This provides a critical structure to manage the budget as well as the client's expectations.
COMMUNICATION
Renovating a home can be a stressful experience. This can be especially true when renovations are being performed on a second home and the client is not on site to routinely monitor progress and design implementation. Communication has been the cornerstone of our business for the past 17 years. We accommodate our clients' need for frequent communication.
SCHEDULING
There is no substitute for experience when it comes to scheduling, especially during the spring when demand surges along the shore for work to be completed before the summer starts. We provide clients with an "Order of Operations", so they are clear regarding the sequence of work. This assists with scheduling deliveries, making decisions, and planning site visits to walk through a project.
