Carolina Contracting is a family owned and operated home remodeling company that specializes in open concept renovations, custom kitchen renovations, and luxury bathroom renovations.

The company was established in 2005 by Stephen Brosnan, a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He resides with his family in Toms River, NJ. Carolina Contracting's primary area of service is Ocean County, NJ with a focus on Long Beach Island.

Every year we work with homeowners to solve problems of limited space and growing families. This includes creating more space within the existing footprint with structural work to complete the desired open concept design, or additions to expand the footprint of the home. In 2017 he obtained a New Jersey home inspection license.

The experience of working with township officials, architects, and designers has led to a process of successfully completing large and small projects with clients becoming friends along the way. We excel at building long term relationships.
