Long Beach Township, NJ

Kitchen renovation, 200 SF addition that included a new kitchen and bath renovation. The additional square footage allowed for a large kitchen expansion, separate laundry room, and existing bathroom renovation. Structural beams were installed to span the kitchen in order to eliminate the need for structural posts. This open concept kitchen project was undertaken so the whole family could fit in the kitchen together.

Existing kitchen renovation with installation of new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, and appliances.

Beach Haven, NJ

Complete renovation of an oceanfront condo. The kitchen and two bathrooms were completely updated. Walls and closets were relocated on the first floor to allow for an open concept layout and view of the ocean from the kitchen. Two new Anderson sliding doors were installed, vinyl plank flooring throughout, interior trim & doors, and a total paint job.
